Textured Protea on Fir. It is 10" by 7" Inches

This painting is done with heavy texture acrylic paint. It is fully cured then additional details are added with mid viscosity acrylic paint.

This specific piece has little black marks looking like burn holes that are actually created by a type of bug that attacks fir trees. Its a beautiful natural addition to the wood.

It has triangle hangers in the back for easy hanging.

Please note that actual colours may look slightly different in person. I do my best to capture the the pieces as accurately as possible.

Because the wood that my artwork is on is a natural element it will change over time. The cedar will darken slowly and knots can dislodge and cracks can, but rarely, appear.
